  HOW. DOES. THIS. PLACE. ONLY. HAVE. TWO AND A HALF STARS?!?!
  
  Let me start off by saying I am a frequent visitor here - I come here on a daily basis, 7 days a week and may sometimes visit more than once on the weekends. (I may have a slight addiction.. lol)
  
  Every visit has exceeded my expectations.
  
  The space is nice inside, spread out and clean - their outside seating area is very spacious with plenty of seating which is a huge plus.
  
  Customer service here has always been superb from my experience. There has been VERY FEW times my drink or my kids' drinks will be a little off and they fix it with no hesitation. They even acknowledge or engage in conversation with my kids while we wait for our orders.
  
  The servers always have a puppicino for my dogs whenever we swing by through the drive thru - I mean, it's gotten to the point where once my dogs get a whiff of where we're at, they've got their faces smashed against the window waiting for their cup!
  
  Drive thru goes by pretty quickly compared to the other Starbucks in the Cinco Ranch area. Parking lot is decent - it is shared with Salata so I can see it getting packed quickly here.
  
  The customer service here is great with a very friendly atmosphere and the drinks are made accordingly and DELICIOUSLY.

  This is the worst Starbucks in the area. I have been here a handful of times and literally 50% of the time I walk out because the employees do NOT know what they're doing.
  
  Today was the last straw the cashier did not know how to print out a receipt. That's it I'm done.
  
  Worst Starbucks on the planet. And I have been to a lot of Starbucks.

  Your typical Starbucks crowded and the employees are friendly sometimes and sometimes not.  The tables are sometimes dirty and sometimes clean.  The place is newer addition of the Starbucks chain. The parking lot is tiny, and this place is not busy yet, but I can see the parking being an issue once they get busy.
  
  I ordered both of their cold and hot drinks.  I don't know they both is just not that impressive to me.  Mediocre drinks and not impressive.  The cappuccino was not the type that would jump out and wow your taste bud.  The lemonade is so so.
  
  With mediocrity is the middle name, this Starbucks got lots of bugs they need to work out.  Maybe in time they will, but for now they are not impressive.

  I have never actually been to such a laid back place and I just moved here from Austin. I think they need to use their own product.

  Wow!  What service today!  It was so great that it deserved a review.
  
  Running like a machine, moving the drive through efficiently and so friendly!!  
  
  Makes the morning pleasant when you guys are at the top of your game.
  
  Highly recommend this Starbucks location!
